Great nights sleep and an excellent breakfast. Couldn't wait to get
going this morning, but when I got on the bike it wouldn't budge. My
limited knowledge of bike maintanence quickly lead me to believe I
would not be able to fix it. The rim of my wheel had bust and 3
spokes had pulled through, which might explain why yesterday was such
hard work. Anyway, one taxi to Knutsford and one bike mechanics
services later I am '100 down and waiting for the machine to be fixed.
E.t.a 12:15. This one certainly has a silver lining though - I'm in a
penny farthing museum having scrambled eggs and salmon followed by a
cream tea!
