What a day! Blisteringly hot morning with the wind on my back and a distinct lack of sun cream. Cornish hills are truly savage. Rolled into Tintagel with a ride time 4 hours faster than last year (this is the only leg which is the same) and Willie Nelson's 'on the road again' looping in my head - I'm sure the lyric is 'can't wait to be on the road again', and seeing as I am it seems a bit unnecessary - especially for 8 hours solid.
Currently waiting for fish, chips, scampi and a burger in 'uncle jacks' - Tintagel's premium dirty take away - and listening to the very local, locals discuss the (allegedly) lascivious IMF chap.
